I loooove fall so so much. I love pumpkin flavored anything & everything, falling leaves, carving pumpkins, hot cocoa & herbal tea & cider & eggnog, halloween, and cozy blankets & sweaters. ❤️
So, today I am in the pumpkin mood, and I really wanted a pumpkin smoothie/shake of some kind to sip during LDS General Conference. (watch along with me here). Anyway, I found a recipe on Pinterest then switched it up a bit until it was perfect. It’s so so yummy & a perfect drink. Here’s the recipe!
– 1 cup of milk
– Slightly under 1/2 cup of pumpkin purée
– 2 tablespoons of yogurt
– A few tablespoons of brown sugar
– A dash (or two) of cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
– 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
– A few tablespoons of maple syrup
– Some ice cubes
Put everything together in a blender and blend to desired consistency. Add whipped cream and cinnamon to garnish if desired. Enjoy!!
